Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, pressing the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in the peanut butter, ensuring it’s well incorporated.
Pour the batter over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
Allow to cool, then top with whipped cream and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
