  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 oz 450g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, pressing the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the peanut butter, ensuring it’s well incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
